Head to the first floor of the Maison du Danemark on the Champs-Elysées for an intimate Danish dinner. The chef, Andreas Møller, works only with small producers to create his signature inventive Nordic-style cuisine, served in natural ceramics you’ll want to take home with you. The interior follows suit with Northern decor: blue almost everywhere, with black tables, a tad cold but very refined and pared down, leaving you to concentrate on the food. Good job too as that’s what we’re here for.
